PIBIC
Institutional Program for Scientific Initiation Scholarships
PIBIC is a program supported by CNPq (National Council for Scientific and Technological Development) that aims to awaken scientific vocation and encourage new talents among undergraduate students.
The PUC-Rio Law Department has a long tradition in developing scientific initiation research, with a highly qualified faculty (masters and doctors) leading funded research lines in various areas of Law.
Through the program, students have the opportunity to join study groups, develop critical thinking, participate in the PUC-Rio Scientific and Technological Initiation Seminar, and, in many cases, be awarded research incentive scholarships.
Selection Process and Calls for Applications
Annually, the Law Department opens applications for the selection of new scholarship recipients and volunteer researchers. Interested students should consult the current call for applications and send an email directly to the advising professor responsible for the desired research line.
